The Fritsch winery takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

 

The use of this website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on these pages, this is always done (as far as possible) on a voluntary basis. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is therefore not possible.

 

Contact us

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. If you insist that we delete your data after processing your request, please send us a written request by email or post. As soon as we have received this, we will delete your data immediately.

 

Data storage

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the subscriber as part of cookies, as well as the buyer's name, address and payment information.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Email address and telephone number. The data you provide are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After canceling the shopping process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR.

 

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, birthday and postcode.

As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm your registration in writing. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: info@fritsch.cc We will then immediately delete your data relating to the sending of the newsletter.

 

Use of cookies
We use cookies to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your computer.

The cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (long-term cookies). These cookies are used to save the individual selections made by the visitor (e.g. the items placed in a shopping cart) in order to restore them to the status they were left with when the respective site is called up again. We also use cookies to generate non-personalized statistics.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies, decide on a case-by-case basis whether or not to accept cookies. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted. In order to be able to use our shopping cart, cookies must be enabled! If you do not want to accept cookies, you can also order by phone or email.

 

Data collection and use for orders in the web shop

When you order in our webshop, we collect the following data from you: first name, last name, possibly company, street, zip code, city, country, telephone number, e-mail address, selected shipping method, selected payment method and, if applicable, an individual text message. The provision of this data is necessary for the processing, execution and billing of all purchases you have made, otherwise you cannot order from us. It is not necessary to provide your telephone number and a text message. If you give us your number, we can contact you quickly if you have any questions. You agree to your telephone number being saved for this purpose.

 

Unless we are legally obliged to keep the data for a longer period (e.g. due to billing regulations), we only save the data you provide when placing your order - generally until the end of the statutory period for claims arising from the purchase contract. With your consent or on the basis of a legitimate interest, we will save it beyond this period.
