Complaints, exchanges

The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt; broken bottles must be confirmed by the carrier. Returns without giving a reason within 8 days. The return transport is at the expense of the buyer. In addition, an exchange can take place without giving reasons by telephone agreement.

Cork flavor

Impairments due to faulty cork are not the responsibility of the winemaker. Faulty bottles are exchanged under the following conditions:
The faulty bottle is closed with a champagne stopper and returned with the faulty cork by appointment.

Retention of title

All goods remain our property until full payment.

data protection

Customer data is only used within the winery and (of course) not passed on to third parties.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is A 3430 Tulln, place of performance is A 3470 Oberstockstall.

SHIPPING

Delivery takes place at the customer's expense to the delivery address within Austria and Germany to be specified by the customer when ordering.

Shipping is always in units of 6!

The transport costs are € 8.00 per box of 6,
per box of 12 € 12.00 within Austria.

The transport costs are € 12.00 per box of 6,
per box of 12 € 15.00 to Germany.

Free shipping within Austria from an order value of € 250, -

Free shipping within Germany from an order value of € 350.00

Delivery times

The delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of the due payment.
