The single vineyard wines represent the highest level of wines in our region. The grapes may only come from one single vineyards and we carefully select grapevarieties, that fit the soils and the terroir perfectly, not the other way round. Before botteling our single vineyard wines have a lot of time to ripe to develop their full character. Not only that marks those exeptional wines but also the high aging potential.
