Wine description: The Materia Prima of Aristotelian philosophy and medieval alchemy was the inspiration for this extraordinary blend of Traminer and Veltliner. The "original material", which is characterized by the interaction with the 4 elements, is more than the sum of its individual parts, was all about the AIR in 2018. The resulting excellent grape material was hand-selected and, as a pure, unformed material, fermented spontaneously in the concrete egg on the mash. An elementary wine in its original state, resting in itself and yet in motion.
